■ Instrument use


Test the material properties of substances under high temperature conditions, as well as the reaction rate, reaction kinetics and activation energy among different reaction substances under high temperature conditions; Application fields: aviation, aerospace, metal smelting and other industries.


■ Instrument features


The new double spiral graphite heating furnace design is adopted to achieve a high temperature of ≥1700℃. It has the characteristics of long uniform temperature zone, long service life and easy maintenance.


The vacuum or inert gas in the furnace body is fully automatic, one-click operation.


Test atmosphere: oxidation, reduction, inert, water vapor.


Escape gas analysis: Dedicated mass spectrometry, infrared thermostatic connectors, connection strips and thermostatic controllers.


Acquisition and analysis software: including perfect data acquisition and analysis functions, text program editing, power off data saving function, temperature control program 64 segments, the number of experiment cycles reached 99 times, real-time data analysis, multiple curve comparison, evaluation data saving and export, ASCII data input and output, data export MSExcel and other functions.
