■ Instrument use


It mainly measures the physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as the melting point of substances, melting heat, crystallization and crystallization heat, phase transition reaction heat, thermal stability (oxidation induction period), glass transition temperature, adsorption and desorption, composition content analysis, decomposition, combination, dehydration, additives and other changes.


■ Instrument features


1, automatic sampling double furnace design, top sampling, easy to install and change samples, equipped with 24-bit automatic sampler, smart volume, easy to place in the laboratory, unattended test operation, greatly saving labor costs and improving experimental efficiency.


2, the furnace body automatic lifting control, accurate positioning, improve the measurement repeatability.


3, the atmosphere control system uses the mass flow controller, two ways of stable pressure, stable flow gas can be automatically switched during the experiment, high precision, good repeatability, fast response (can be customized to resist various corrosive gas atmosphere control system).


4, from small samples to large doses of samples can be satisfied (replace the support rod, the maximum sample up to 5g). It can meet the different test requirements of various samples.


5, the whole measurement process is automatically completed, automatic drawing, rich software functions can complete DSC, TG, DTG, DDTG and other conventional data processing; Special data processing (DSC peak area, enthalpy calculation, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison, various algorithms to calculate activation energy, glass transition temperature, comparative method to measure specific heat, etc.).


6. In the process of sample collection by the system, screenshots can be taken at any time, and the range can be automatically transformed according to the output signal size.


7, large screen LCD display, real-time display of instrument status and data, two sets of temperature measurement couples, a set of electric couple real-time display furnace temperature (whether the heating furnace is working or not), the other set of electric couple display sample temperature at work.
