Instrument introduction


Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) is a kind of instrument used to detect the relationship between temperature and mass of a substance. Thermogravimetry is to measure the mass of a substance with temperature (or time) under programmed temperature control. Widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings, drugs, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials and composite materials and other fields of research and development, process optimization and quality control.

The atmosphere control system adopts a mass flow controller, and the two channels of stable pressure and steady flow gas can be transformed during the experiment, with high precision, good repeatability and fast response speed (the atmosphere control system can be customized to resist various corrosive gases).


From small samples to large doses of samples can be satisfied (change the support rod can achieve 0 to 5g adjustable). It can meet the test requirements of various samples under different conditions. Crucible types can be selected Φ5×4, Φ5×8, Φ8×10, Φ18×8, Φ18×15, Φ18×20 (mm) and so on.


The whole measurement process is completed automatically, and the software function can complete TG, DTG, DDTG and other conventional data processing; Special data processing (material percentage, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison).


In the process of sample collection, the system can take a screenshot at any time and automatically change the range according to the output signal size.


Users can use standard samples for temperature and thermogravimetric correction.


Large-screen LCD display, real-time display of instrument status and data, two sets of temperature measurement couples, one set of couples real-time display furnace temperature (whether the heating furnace is working or not) and the other set of couples display sample temperature at work.


The user gives the calculation formula or calculation method, our factory can provide the corresponding software development products in time.
