Brief description


The high pressure dynamic stability tester can be used to evaluate the safe storage life of propellant and double base solid propellant. The instrument is based on GJB 770B-2005 506.1 (thermal accelerated aging method) to determine the accelerated aging decomposition period of propellant and double-base solid propellant drugs at different temperatures. It provides an effective basis for determining the safe storage life of samples.


Instrument characteristics


The whole is made of stainless steel, with corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and high temperature resistance. Integrated module design, including oil bath temperature control, single tube test chamber, pressure control, toxic gas purification, over-limit alarm, touch screen display and control functions. On the basis of maintaining the original key parameters and conditions, the device realizes digital and program automatic control, high precision PID automatic temperature control, improves the accuracy of the measurement results, optimizes the test environment, and is easy to operate. The original test data obtained are automatically processed by the computer into the final result. At the same time, it has the function of on-line analysis and detection of reaction process, temperature, pressure and reaction gas.
