Instrument overview

Thermomechanical analyzer is a technology to measure the functional relationship between the deformation of a substance and the temperature and time under the program temperature and non-vibration load, mainly measuring the expansion coefficient and phase transition temperature of a substance. Widely used in plastics, rubber, film, fiber, coatings, ceramics, glass, metal materials and composite materials and other fields.

Structural composition

It is mainly composed of frame, indenter, loading device, heating device, deformation measuring device, recording device, temperature program control device, etc.

1, frame: rigid structure, no deformation in the axis direction within the test temperature range;

2, indenter: diameter 5.0mm;

3. Loading device: Pressure 0.1-0.2MPa can be applied to the sample through the pressure rod and the indenter;

4, heating device: program control system, temperature control accuracy of 0.1℃;
