Instrument introduction


Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), as a classical thermal analysis method of thermal effect under controlled program temperature, has been widely used in the research and development, process optimization, quality control and failure analysis of various materials and chemistry fields. Using DSC, we can study the phase transformation of inorganic materials, melting of polymer materials, crystallization process, polycrystalline phenomenon of drugs, solid/liquid phase ratio of food such as fats and fats.

Physical and chemical changes related to heat are measured, such as glass transition temperature, melting point, melting temperature, crystallization and crystallization heat, phase transition reaction heat, thermal stability of the product, curing/crosslinking, oxidation induction period, etc.

The thermal flow differential scanning calorimeter has good repeatability and high accuracy, which is especially suitable for precise measurement of specific heat.


Self-developed constant temperature controller, constant temperature gas chromatography, mass spectrometry connection head, constant temperature belt, can fully ensure the tar and various reaction gas secondary detection.


The whole machine is integrated, the temperature control and the furnace body device are integrated, and the signal loss and interference are reduced.


Perfect two-way atmosphere control system, using mass flow controller; During the measurement process, two air intake modes can be selected, and the software sets automatic switching.


The instrument is equipped with standard material, and the user can adjust the temperature range by himself to reduce the error of the instrument.


Intelligent software design, automatic drawing of the instrument, software can realize a variety of data processing, such as enthalpy calculation, glass transition temperature, oxidation induction period, substance melting point and crystallization and so on.


The instrument can automatically generate DSC and oxidation induction period experimental report.


Large screen LCD display, real-time display of instrument status and data, two sets of temperature measurement couples, one set of couples to display the sample temperature at work, the other set of couples to display real-time furnace temperature (whether the heating furnace is working or not).


The machine is equipped with RS232 and USB interface and intelligent software, which can realize automatic program control and setting.


The instrument has the function of remote operation, maintenance and adjustment (the instrument can be remotely operated through the Internet).
